Drove down to jervis bay and after getting out of the car found my back is a bit seized up, and very tight glutes and hips. Not a good sign so skipped a planned longrun

backpack commute via 10x-ish Steele reps and 10x moostair reps (fairly slow, <11m).
pretty good uta specific session. achilles feeling a bit rough on the hill, but ok on the flats and stairs.

To taronga zoo for 5x stairs. Needed to move to avoid a 2hr lunchbreak so felt like tempo effort there and back.
These stairs are good for a change, a bit longer, more varied (some singles some doubles) with some incline between them. Being longer meant some hiking. not exactly flat running between there and the bridge either :)

Sydney Park hill-reps with oscar in the pram.
11x the steepest hill (powerwalking up), 10x the main hill (high cadence up), and 5 of the other ways up main hill.
really a good session to do if oscar lasts. the ups and downs really get the legs working.
