v easy pramjog with anne around breakfast point etc.

Felt pretty horrible tbh... struggling with breathing etc, even through we were jogging on flats around 7minks, and HR was fine, around 100/110bpm... was actually falling behind anne, and ended up giving her the pram near the end.
Think maybe strong headwind and glarey sun contributed... but apart from that, feeling like something's not right... but of course may be very psychological.

Saw doctor yesterday who took an ECG showing nothing abnormal (although he was a bit blown away by volumes, even after telling him i train a lot).
Getting a 24h monitor fitted on Monday.

Headed to hurts for 10x100s but during the 6th had a strange feeling in my chest, so stopped. felt my pulse but it felt wierd, looked at my watch which said 250bpm (i was wearing a strap and no shirt, and actually think it was accurate). sat on the ground for about 20seconds, then it suddenly released and actively felt my HR relax by sensation and pulse, and HRM verified.
Scary. jogged/walked back.

Been following adamoceanwalker on instagram and gotten inspired to get in the pool for the first time since Nov 2017.
10x100s 1:45s, untimed rests, focussing on keeping leading arm lower in the water (12inches), keeping head lower, body-roll timing - trying to lead with the hips/roll earlier
felt in a really good place for some of it, considering, and it showed in the times around 1:45s, and around 22 strokes per length
