runcommute.

Ok, so i THINK that my HR isnt actually behaving like it looks. i think whats happening is its getting 'cadence lock', where its kinda being affected by my arm moving... its a bit of an optical sensor phenomenon. will have to confirm, and maybe get an armband HRM since i can't wear a chest, and i feel its a necessary evil until fully recovered and confident.

If its not that, its pretty scary. by the end of this run i literally couldn't run more than 100m before having to walk to keep hr under 160... crazy cardiac drift...

ahr:148 max:180

Lunch run around barangaroo on the rocks.
HR jumped up while rockhopping (180), which i think was a bit exagerated, but not too far off, as i confirmed with pulse around 170.

Really hard to figure out what to do with the HR... can't wear a strap because of the scar, and wrist is quite unreliable, but it does seem to go up dramatically and uncontrollably after 15 mins or so, to the point where i basically need to walk to stay under 160.

Think maybe it has to do with haemodynamics of the new valve being smaller
