Centennial park, first kinda fitness ride since surgery.
Kept it pretty easy and hr stayed around 150 apart from one bit where i think it was a watch error as i readjusted its position on my inside wrist.

Walking race 2:23:15 intensity: (9:16 @0) + (1:41:21 @1) + (24:52 @2) + (7:46 @3) 9.67 km (14:49 / km) +267m 13:01 / km

Night rogaine with Anne. This was actually really enjoyable, and i now see why people do 6h and 12h rogaines walking.
Nav was pretty spot on and no real issues finding controls because we were walking, and because the closer controls were all fairly straightforward.
Anne enjoyed it too.

Another run with no HR alarms under the belt.
Resting HR has come down in the last two days as well, so is probably a combination of getting over a cold, and the beta-blocker rebound wearing off.

Suspect that relaxing to a bit faster pace will probably be possible now, as it feels like holding back takes as much energy as it saves.

One marker i'm using which works it to run at a pace where i can still comfortably breathe through my nose...this seems to keep me at a coupled effort

Running (Treadmill) 30:20 intensity: (14 @0) + (32 @1) + (2:53 @2) + (26:38 @3) + (3 @4) 4.0 km (7:35 / km)

rehab treadmill
another really promising session. set speed to 8 (km/h?) and didn't change form etc for 30mins. HR was pretty close to coupled and no real jump after 20mins.
Maybe this was because it was slightly easier (under LTHR) and if its a bit harder i'll see what i've seen outdoors. Will experiment again next week.

Runcommute to daycare
HR boosted a little after 20 mins or so, but managed to make it the first run i've done without a HR alarm.
