Bush sprint at forestville.
Really cool map with lots of runnable forest, quite unusual for Sydney.
Nav was average at times, but mostly really frustrating to not be able to keep HR low enough to run. Completely stopped a couple of times to check HR and it was accurate, and noticed a few ectopics in my pulse which might be contributing.
Cardiologist had said that i'm at a point where theres no real danger in pushing it a bit, so allowed it to climb higher than it has previously but had to call it at a point a walk a fair bit.

Extreme example of what I'm seeing my hr do sometimes, still not completely sure if this is watch or really happening, as I can feel some funny stuff going on... I know ppl will say 'stop looking at it' but still feel I need to keep an eye on indicators while everything else is unfamiliar.

Couldn't stay coupled on this commute, bit of a backward step.

Suspect this may be an indicator that i'm not quite ready for backing up the way i'm trying to... ie run home from work, run in the next day... cycle to and from work... etc
