Some nice exploring little half trails on eastern beaches. some tracks into golfcourses, down to the head (although no bikes allowed there for whatever reason), etc.
One stack on cemetary trail, over the handlebars off a step into deeper sand than it looked... just a bit lazy with bodyweight back off the step.
Nice route all up, realised it was a lot of time without touching a main road!

felt very nice, heaps of people in the water.
crazy vertigo after each one, maybe because i don't kick.

Saw the local Blue Groper! love it!

Trying a loop through como and back through sanssouci.
Quite nice, and traffic not too bad even though it was at 10am, might be nice a bit earlier.

Chest felt pretty bad for first 45mins, but came good. think the heat is worse than anything for it.
