Metro league fred caterson
Ok 1-5, then lost 4 mins or so on 6. the track that the mound was next to looked like a cliff on the map, so was looking above every cliff in the area... my fault. the rest small errors all over the place.
Pretty stuffed by the end with breaks walking flat road on the last 3 controls... i think i should try and actively jog the first half of races over 20mins.

exploring some cx along cooks river.
Theres actually a cool little park with a mtb/cx track, so did a bunch of loops there... almost ate it going over a jump half clipped in, and again bottoming out my chainring over a log... not sure what technique i should use over that... its not really a jump, more of a hop over a log and its a little too large to get clearance... tried lifting back wheel unsuccessfully...
