on the road bike!
a little sharp hills loop i found that the vanilla cycles shop sets up a ride on.
really cool loop and pretty quiet.
the hills aren't really my cup of tea... very short, very sharp... sprinters hills... glands/ears/throat didn't feel great during

back lunges with dumbell was a revelation

oscar was doing laps of the backyard running his pink toy pram, so decided to taking him for a jog... all my pramrunning seems to be wearing off on him.

remembered that @bendover did a setup a few years back where he had his laptop setup on a desk over his turbo.
Tried it outside with a table under the bars, then resting the laptop on the aerobars, on the desk, held, and on a stand. None were TOTALLY successful, but i think mainly because on the TT bike, i can't sit comfortably without hands on bars (seat is tilted forward).
Will try again on the cross bike, as it has the most relaxed geo.

Would be really cool to get this right while WFH everyday.

Also, while propping up the table with bricks, kicked the sh!t out of one foot and have a mangled big and second toe... will likely lose both nails etc
