had hoped to do an ftp test, but put it off until too late in the day. struggled with the heat, but trusted that the intensity of the warmup would be ok... almost didn't make it through the warmup.
emptied my bottle of water over myself, but still canned it very very quickly. will try again another day

Had hoped to do the score afterwards with him in the pram, but ran out of time. Real shame as its prob the only event close enough to try it.
was also hard to get him excited so late in the day.
