Didn't feel i was going too bad, a couple of minute-ish mistakes. Then about 45minutes in my legs just suddenly threw in the towel... not really able to run up hills at all, and so walked the ups.
A bit weird, doesn't really happen to me that often that suddenly, and kinda thought i had some leg fitness, although yesterday's ride was pretty tiring.
10th or so, although 4th-15th was all within 5 minutes of each other. The young guns are flying, 15mins ahead of the rest.

had hoped to do an ftp test, but put it off until too late in the day. struggled with the heat, but trusted that the intensity of the warmup would be ok... almost didn't make it through the warmup.
emptied my bottle of water over myself, but still canned it very very quickly. will try again another day
