saw physio yesterday arvo. he suspects back issue is not anything serious (disks etc) and thinks its lack of core strength means my lower back curves more than it should and the vertebrae tap on one joint. exacerbated by some stiff vertebra further up (from volleyball days). Need to pick up the core exercises, as well as isolated mobility on each joint.
posture is tricky because i tend to slouch with my upper back and arch with my lower
Tried this run tucking my ass under a bit, which feels quite different.
