Wolli-Bexley. Met Simon on TVT so did a bunch of hillreps while waiting, then a bunch of hillreps after. Saw another red-belly on wolli track, must be covid.

Pretty shattered after this, perhaps a little sick as resting HR is up. had intended on cycling next morning, but had some chest stuff overnight, so skipped it.

hillrep session with the pram. around 6% (runnable rather than hiking as the last ones have been)
On the ups holding UP on the handle of the pram to load the legs. worked surprisingly well

sss earlwood with May in the pram.
felt sluggish from the start, then noticed that May had dropped her Thor-doll when she fell asleep, so had to backtrack 3 controls to get it. Low points and overtime at the end.
Pretty great course setting, given the map... i never would have thought it possible to set a course with nobody clearing it on that map.
Some sketchy/dodgy map decisions though with oob not being very clear in my opinion
