Walking Line-O to figure out what seems to be my trouble! 15# pack.

Went backward because I had done a bit going the other direction. I couldn't find the streamer for 14. Confirmed the location and moved on, and feel like I was probably in the right spot because spiked 13. Green and pink streamers! Then, onto 12, spike! And a total Igor control for sure.

Then on to 11. I got on the right hill "chain" but didn't get far enough over to the R/E so took a few to do that. Then the long leg to 10, I decided to go west through the woods and in a meet I would probably run the road. Got to the spur, and found the peninsula that jutted out to the west, but no streamer, went up and down the area a few times, and didn't see it so I moved on. I think I went far enough because there was serious mud turning into water.

Then to 9. Oh 9. Reattacked many times and kept landing on the same hill. Even went more north to be sure that I had the right hill/RE system. Headed on to 8.

A heartbreaker. I attacked where I planned to, but thought I was more east. Hit the open area and realized what I did. Found the Streamer! On to 7, I didn't see that I had planned a long spur, not a long reentrant and got dumped on the trail. Found where I was, hit the ridge line and followed it to the beauiful pink streamer.

6 was tough. Wasn't sure where to go in, and turns out I went in where I intended (I think) but bypassed the big R/E. This map doesn't show that. Anyway, checked the bottom areas of every reentrant around there, and feel as though at the second attack I was right there, but didn't find the streamer and moved on. Made my way to 5 just fine after a dousing of bug spray.

Crossed over the lovely bridge and got to 4 and 3 pretty all right. Then, I took my hands off the wheel and I don't know what I did. Got myself back "on" and took the trail to 2, and then one...but no streamer for one.

Just very strange, or I was no where I planned to be, which is not out of the question! Doing Teahen on Monday. And plan to get back to Chenango again.

Tried to very carefully walk out a Line O. And the first few were OK, and then the mosquitoes, and an errant streamer got me so frustrated. I was out for about another hour and got to 9, but then realized my watch bumped probaby from waving my arms from the mosquitoes. Hard to concentrate and stop and study with that, so I bailed and going back Saturday.

Crazy how much I got done around the house this weekend. Cleaned garage, made some super tasty cherry jam (MI cherries of course!), a lot of cooking and cleaning and laundry. All good stuff.
