Released for an "ease back into it" week. Can spin, run a bit faster and lift a smidge more. But no weights, core or bike riding...since we have no snow I didn't ask about skiing. And since my doc thinks I'm already crazy I didn't ask about paddling. I go back next week.

Fun fun with Syd and kfish. I want to get my stamina up but can't push it. Hopefully not much longer. Saw a lot of trails that weren't on the map. Gonna head back out again. Wonder if there is a program that takes you from sitting on your a__ to bada__.
