Well, not the results I wanted, but I had an epiphany...if I applied the same dedication and discipline to O training as I do to other things...I could be a lot better. None of this is automatic, and I already know that I generally need to work harder...and smarter. So, starting speciifc O training.

Planned to mostly walk this. Got to start, then 1 and went to 2 with the idea of seeing #15's depression, which I did. Then to 3 got my eye on the double reentrant. Then on to 4 with not a lot of trouble it seems. I hit a depression first that I didn't expect but quickly corrected. Then on to 5 via the trail, and 6 along the water. Got a little confused by 7, but realized I was standing at the base of the reentrant I wanted.

Then 8. Oh 8.

In the end, I think I hit the same small depression that was maybe about 10-20 yards from the point. I think there is an extra mini depression in there, or I am misreading the map. Grrrrrrrrrr....

Then 9 and 10 no problem. I started to worry about time and started to fee super distracted. Then I think what I thought was 11 was really just a randomly streamered cairn because 12 was not happening after a couple of attacks, Turns out my hunch was right and I had just about had it anyway.

So bad news on bad O. Good news on epiphany.

Had my last lymphatic treatment. Only needed 2. I am getting much better, but can tell it will take a bit more time.

New bikes. There's a screen with info, but not sure what it means. The teacher gives us a level, but I think I need to add 10 to get more of a workout.

If prepping for an engagement party were a discipline in AR, I would nail it. Can't believe we got the yard all planted, ripped out trees and some old old day lilies, cleaned the house from top to bottom, cleaned out the garage. Squabbled about a 10# bag of pebbles...which I still think we don't need.
