Forgot to mention that I concocted a manner to affix my bladder hose to my PFD in a way I can drink more effectively while paddling. Sadly, I think my system is specific to an NRS PFD and NRS bladder pack--but might be modified. I found rotating tube clips and some rather small S carabiners. The tube clip is affixed to the small pocket strap and the S carabiner is attached to another smallish carabiner to the L shoulder strap. The lower one keeps it stable and the upper keeps it in place so I can just about only move my head and can drink. Portaging bumped it around some. Ten times better than anything else I have tried.

A chance to ride between a meeting and a conference call while in Midland. Questioning distance but doesn't matter did the skills area and south loop part of north loop and sand stuff at City Forest. Lots of tricks and stuff. Maps are weird, stopped to check a couple and not all are oriented north :/

Paddle with Mr. Dubs. So beautiful! Little foggy. Fish were jumpy and hitting my paddle. Turns out all the RVs we saw were for a remote control planes show or something. And Todd said there was a mountain bike race?!?
