Legs/abs

Note

Got the results from an MRI test last Friday. In short good and bad news. The good news is that the tarsal tunnel is caused by a ganglian cyst pressing against the tibial nerve. An outpatient procedure will release and remove this cyst and doc says I am great candidate for full resolution of the problem. If it had been something else pressing the nerve, it could have been more complicated and not possible to resolve. The bad news is no activity for a bit of time, but hopefully up and going within a few weeks.

I am so tired of this constant pain. I am so hopeful for this. I will have the procedure next Thursday or Friday.

The only thing that is disconcerting is that I don't know anyone who has gone through this and so curious about the impact.

MRIs are pretty cool. I learned a lot about my feet.
