Remembered my deck of cards even tho I thought from the first cards that it was the euchre deck! Flys on back x12.5x2, Skull crushers x12.5x2, Boat pose x3s and, of course, windshield wipers. Got little more than halfway through.

Keep forgetting to have the deck of cards with me so been just doing specific weight exercises to exhaustion.

Did a half mile walk on my crutches in 22 min. Holy cats I’d better have some better upper body strength after this.

Doc said I could start weights 24 hours after ending pain meds. I guess that's progress. Start slow and build up.

Went to target and the grocery store yesterday. Crutches are no joke. Holy cats. #strugglebus

Still some tingly pain throughout the tibia and doc said it's to be expected and said it's a good sign that I don't need pain meds. Still elevating when I can.
