Beauty of a day! The gravel roads were looking promising yesterday and this morning but after about 30mi, I had slush and mud everywhere and bailed to pavement. Stopped to swap out pants for my leg warmers...pants were soaked. Had to look at my phone to reroute and try to think of the roads that had nice shoulders and low speed limits. But, despite it all got it done. Had a pack-basically of extra everything fortunately.

I’m other news, my son got into the Audiology PhD program at Wayne State. He called during my ride which was a bright spot. So happy!
