One of the great things about my new domicile is that it's about a hundred meters from the I-90 bike trail; it was super nice out today so I went for a foray across the bridge and around ye olde Mercer Island loope. Many cyclists about, so lots of opportunities for impromptu competition. It may be time for a crash six-week training regimen - racing myself into shape by default seems to have been the plan thus far, so I'll just need someone to organize six more consecutive three-day orienteering weekends.
