Usual run around Bridle Trails. Didn't feel great or go super fast, but that's of secondary importance to the fact that my knee didn't hurt! Hopefully whatever was wrong with it has healed.

Decided to explore the idea of running home from work today. I felt slow and sluggish, but hopefully most of that was due to the hills, heat, and riding to work in the morning. Also, I started feeling the twinge in my knee somewhere between miles 5 and 6.
