Frenchman Spring long. RG, splits. Pretty clean run, just a couple of somewhat suboptimal route choices. Didn't have the speed of Adam or Bonesaw this time, which is unsurprising as I've done very little distance training in recent times. I notice that I particularly lost time on the legs with steep climbs.

Frenchman Spring middle. RG, splits. This was bittersweet; I was having an awesome run up through 13 and was leading with fully 1:34, only to go totally rogue and give almost all of it back on 14, bobble 15 slightly while still a bit out of sorts, and lose out on speed to Woodsman and Bonesaw over the last couple controls to finish 13s and 9s behind, respectively. However, really happy with my fitness and execution, other than 14.
