Orienteering race (British Nights) 1:03:48 [3] 7.8 km (8:11 / km)
shoes: Inov-8 X-Talon 212's

Forgot my garmin for the weekend which was annoying, but nowhere near as annoying as the stupid map they used it was a stupidly long rectangle that was near unfoldable and they combined that with north lines at 45 degrees so it was all absolutely ridiculous, plus the scale was 1:7500 and oh it was dark.
Anyway so apart from fighting with this my run wasnt to bad, never really got any sort of rhythm going which i blame on that, a few minutes down on Joe and Aidan to come 3rd again :/

shoes: Adidas Swoops (Yellow) III

Interval Session (Pyramid)
4x400m with 1 min rest, 2x800m with 1:45 rest, 1x1200m with 2:30 rest
Times (Pace/km)
1:25 (3:28) 1:26 (3:34) 1:26 (3:35) 1:28 (3:42)
3:02 (3:46) 3:11 (3:58)
4:33(3:48)

1:27 (3:38) 1:32 (3:50) 1:36 (3:58) 1:28 (3:41)
Quite a good session times not as quick as on a track but still reasonable. Across the fields, down goodrest farm then one way down the track and back and they other way (T shape again) definitely went best when I just relaxed, what i actually managed to do on the 1.2km and the two 800s afterwards.

shoes: Inov-8 X-Talon 212's

Midlands Champs Sherwood Forest
Straight line was 12.5km, on 18E 6 mins ahead of 2nd (Ben.B) wouldve been 2nd on 20E behind Jack M, but Chris O wouldve beaten without mp.
In essence very long + hard on my glutes
