Compass Sport Cup Qualifier, the Wrekin.
Laughing at the 4.6km advertised on the final details but that stopped before number 1, so much hill and it was so steep, made a few mistakes, one thing I did do quite well was contouring which I'm happy about, running wise it was a matter of haul myself uphill, be to tired on the flat to run and to scary on the down which was annoying, took 6 mins out
of my dad by number 6 then made numerous slips so he stayed with me to 7 (ish) running on my own but with other people around the area (how it should be done) calves and thighs still burning with lactic acid. 4 mins behind Will which isn't to bad, then like 10 mins to third, beat dad by 18 (so ran 12 minutes away from him from 8 onwards) Harrison by 20 (what happens when he plays with the big boys) and qualified easily.
Positives: good contouring, was reading the map on the run better.
To work on: uphill running, finer navigation, bit hesitant at times.
