Orienteering race 1:12:47 [2] 3.25 mi (22:24 / mi) +145m 19:40 / mi

Orienteering at Warwick. Left knee is still a bum, so I decided to go green, but WALK the entire course. I kind of consider it self preservation so that I can actually participate in future events. So, consider this the mellow walker way of orienteering, rather than the occasional jogger. I am glad I did, as I did twang the left en route from 3 to 4 and had to ease back a bit.

Controls I did not do well on were the infamous #10 (slick hiding in rootstock heaven), #5 (in the lowlands as well) and the last one (I was probably the only green to walk it in).
