This was a fun mix of college campus and some woods. Trying to get back into the sport a bit more (family stuff). Did Sprint 2 first, as there was a logjam on sprint 1 when I arrived.

Folks who know me realize that I do not run (old volleyball knees), so I walked briskly though hill and dale. Only had one tricky control (#4), but it seems I navigated well.

Thanks to Kathy and Julie for a fun low key event - got to catch up with long lost friends.

This was a fun mix of college campus and some woods. Did Sprint 1 second, no logjam.

Funny how cardio works. I am always a little surprised how high my heartrate gets when I orienteer (vs exercise bike 130 and walking not cardio). Pushing the body is a good thing. Hope I can keep it up.
