Early morning recovery run. Earlier than I had planned due to unforseen toddler alarm clock (that I don't remember setting). My quads especially and legs in general were still pretty tired from the weekend, but I just started super slow and took it v easy. Just a little loop around Black Mtn in the cold cold (-3) dark. I felt pretty good once I had warmed up, especially going up hills. Down is still pretty painful. I was mentally planning a team for the Triple Tri when I very nearly face-planted; good reminder to pay attention in the dark. Good run! Legs starting to feel less concrete-y and more leg-y.
