Hill reps on powerlines/nemesis hill. Five reps of the full hill, plus one throwaway rep to start. Then four short sharp bursts at the end. It was good! Hill reps are probably my most feared of the runs, but maybe I'm getting over it. Also, this morning was pea-soup foggy, which equals zero visibility with head torch. Going up and down the same hill, over and over, was the perfect thing to do.
