Just fancied a run today and I could tell straight away I hadn't done anything in a while. My leg lift was terrible and I just felt sluggish didn't particularly enjoy it either. Went down walton lane to walton on the hill went around walton for a bit then down to the main road along the main road then right up a lane after the cricket club home.
