Unspecified (6 miles easy) 58:22 [3] 6.2 mi (9:25 / mi)

9 minute mile's, seemed a bit heavy on the legs, with pushing yesterday. Also did not have any fuel in my body for this run, and I think that made me feel more tired.

Unspecified (Temp Hills) 1:06:00 [3] 5.3 mi (12:27 / mi)

Felt very sluggish at first, but started the run off immediately with a steep hill(650ft gain in .5 mile). Sunny and great weather, legs loosened up, and i powered through every hill, which i havent done before on this course, as they are really steep. Wanted to do a full 7, but limited time today. Legs were jello by the end!

total elevation gain was 1200 ft

Tuesday Dec 18, 2012 #

Unspecified (5-7 mile easy) 56:39 [3] 6.1 mi (9:17 / mi)

Kept at about 9 minute mile pace, felt really fresh, much better than Sunday's run.

Sunday Dec 16, 2012 #

Unspecified 4:00:00 [3] 15.0 mi (16:00 / mi)

Ran the loop at Cool Fire Station, then went down to the Quarry, near No Hands, and back up. Easy pace, 38 degrees with rain, forgot GPS, so only know milege, and i'm guessing the time, went with a group of friends and took our time. Felt kind of tired on the up hills, I havent ran anything over a few miles since TNF 50, 2 weeks prior.
