Running 37:00 [3]

Got up from my nap while NPR was talking about making the Van Cliburn Competition more high-tech, ate a gel, and went outside. It was warm but the sun wasn't beating down anymore, and there was a brisk breeze to keep things cool. Didn't have the chest discomfort from last time, didn't take any walking breaks, and L foot ball only hurt a tiny bit. It did feel a bit funny while walking to the brewery afterwards but was fine again walking home.

I am only unhappy that this is how much I was running a month ago.

Running 32:00 [3]

TFT. Took two walking breaks even tho the temperature is perfectly reasonable today. Outside of left foot was hurting. And chest felt . . . different somehow. Hmm.

Instead of the usual balls that end up in the part of the cross-country course adjacent to the golf course, I saw a club there today. Who is lazy or irresponsible enough to just leave a club there? Geez.

Pilates 21:00 [3]

Rowing machine 25:00 [3]

Not sure what this exercise is good for, but I do enjoy it.

Note

Walked with Jon in Leonard Springs Nature Park, where we saw waterfalls, a wetland, a snake, and fossils and geodes (vugs?) in some of the limestone underfoot.
