Orienteering 1:11:10 [3] 3.6 km (19:46 / km) +95m 17:28 / km

QOC Patuxent. Ran Brown b/c came straight from German class and arrived at end of start window. Felt like it was over too quickly so prob good I usu do Green. Pretty straightforward except didn't collect brain in time for the first control and ended up having to figure out where on the road I ended up. One physical challenge was finding "good" places to scramble into and out of streams. Also super hungry and thirsty b/c didn't pack snack or lunch, just two gels. Oops. But it was fun and I'm glad I went!

On treadmill during lunch, for the first time since maybe before MLK Day weekend. From a mag, speedwork for speedwork beginners: pick up for 2-3 mins of each 5-min block. L leg had unhappiness usual as of late: inside of knee felt off, as did the general area where it attaches to the rest of me.
