Workout #1 - 3hr hilly long run with 1min strides thrown in.
Good workout - feeling strong.
Have a weird foot pain afterwards - top of foot - very tender.

Workout #4 - 1hr rolling easy run. between 2% and 6% for the hour - all at ~8:50 pace.

Workout #6 - 30min uphill walk. 4.5mph - went from 10 up to 15%.

Workout #3 - 2:30 on and 2:00 of x 10 - on sessions at 8% and 08:30 pace...off at easy jog pace 2%.
Great workout - felt strong on each set....HR took longer to recover on last few sets.

Workout #2 - 35min flat tempo run @ 7:30 pace. 15min warmup and 10 min cooldown.
Felt great! went to 35min on the tempo pace - was feeling strong - breathing never got labored - conversational the whole way - HR low as well. comfortable at 7:30 - will push the pace next time.
