down the the foundry from home
on a bourbon biscuit fuelled mad 1 for the first 5 minutes then spent the rest of the time running as economically as possible to prevent any surprise reappearances lmao felt like id been beerienteering
7 PM

climbing 45:00 [3]

tough & enjoyable sesh, first time using an auto belayer and it was so fun! bit nervous on leads tho, need to relax my head and get used to falling
seconded my first 6b, had 2 rests but reckon i'll be able to do it in 1 next time

pooped tbh, life is a bit hectic. bad weed cough as well need to tone down the toking its affecting my running

massive sleep helped a lot, need to make more time for zzz in my life tbh its the best thing since sliced bread
