road run. tried to keep pace with marc, doing good til close to the end when i felt like i was about to throw up...lol. it didnt help that i wore my trail shoes today, it felt like running in construction work boots...cant wait to test my new Brooks Raveena 4 on the treadmill to see if my feet will love it or hate it :) Never run your shoes down to the ground... you will end up with plantar fascitis like me :(
