swim with the coach, tara, and the girls. worked on proper strokes and breathing. i got the stroke but not the breathing. water kept going in my ears, i dont care if i look like a wong-wang, i'm putting on the earplugs... lol

did some weights.. alternating arms and legs. ran on the treadmill for 25 mins. new shoes felt good, it's a keeper.
