Long rolling hills long (solo) 3:02:00 [2] 16.0 mi (11:22 / mi)

I ran in the cold and wind...the course was the lakes and i was solo and I ended up running lake harriet 3 times since of the 3 lakes it was most well protected from the wind.......ate a cliff bar during the run and it was slow going and I just needed time on my feet

Tempo tempo 59:10 [3] 6.0 mi (9:52 / mi)
ahr:152 max:165

I started this run late at night...it was warm and had been raining...after two days of rest due to a ankle problem the legs felt fresh....the first two miles were relatively fast and I was pushing my HR pace...miles 3 and 4 included some section with poor lighting and very icy conditions so for a very real fear of falling I was very slow and took it easy in these parts...this made it hard to get back into a quick groove for miles 5 and 6 but overall I am happy my ankle held up and that I got a nice 6 mile run completed

Tempo tempo 2:16 [4] 14.0 mi (10 / mi)

ran around the Roseville, trails....kept the pace always under 10 min miles....I took a couple of rest where I stop the clock....felt good to have a good run after a bad slow run on sat
