Run from Chop Gate, straight up to Cock Howe then up to meet the Cleveland Way and then back via Cold Moor. A brilliant day out. Could have run further but very satisfied with what I did. Met a couple of runners out, too, one of whom I ran with for a bit before he lost contact on the long drag up to Crinkle Moor. Fitness felt good and with no leg pain at all (which seems to be strongly correlated with flat/faster runs).
