Chop Gate Loop, as last Monday. Felt quite good, especially from Cock Howe plantation to Carlton Bank. Just outside sub-60 from the car to here. Tired a bit from here. Also knees quite sore. I'm blaming the orthotics, which I wore for the first tine in ages the other day. Used AP 'useable daylight' to perfection, getting back to the car at precisely 19:38 as recommended.

Strensall Common w/Jess. Worryingly, felt really laboured again today despite going really, really steady. Looking back, have done quite a lot this week, so will try to be take it easier next week with a couple of quality efforts, if possible. Weight also showing no signs of coming down post-holiday.
