Bishop Wilton Loop. Started off a little too fast but round in sub-2 hrs no problem. Fitness pretty good at the moment.

Chop Gate Loop (via Urra Moor). First mild day for ages and wore just a t-shirt under my cag. Haven't run this route for ages but felt really good. Didn't noticeably tire at any point and hills were no problem. Still long way off (c. 10 mins) times I was posting for this loop in 2013-4. Interestingly, though, a good 7 mins quicker than my quickest time this year, back in May just before Jura. Going was pretty heavy under foot plus slabs wet very wet and therefore practically unrunnerable in places. In short, definitely feel I've got my mojo back at the moment.

Interesting that achilles/heel not as sore after 2 hour off-road run. Obviously, fast road miles aggravating it more, but reluctant to give these up as think quick tempo runs have been key to current fitness.
