My heart rate monitor was doing goofy things today. It slipped a bit while I was doing the Ali shuffle, and, since I was wearing my boxing gloves, it was a bit difficult to push back in place. I'm thinking my average was probably a bit higher, and the max was a bit lower. Still a very good workout.

Weekly workout with my trainer. We concentrated on upper body, and my arms and shoulders really feel worked out. The max heart rate was achieved by doing three sets of heavy ropes, followed by pushups, followed by sprinting up the ramp. Nice to be able to do this a little earlier in the afternoon.
