Training Log Archive: possum

I have had a terrible sinus headache for almost two weeks, so yesterday I tried using a hot pack across my sinuses four or five times, and we used a humidifier all night in the bedroom. Today, no headache, yay. But it was a mostly doctor day, so looking forward to no headache (I hope) tomorrow. This up and down cold weather is bothering me a lot more than it used to.
