This was the Big Game Workout to be done during the Super Bowl. It helped me to pay attention to what was going on. We had pizza at half time, and I couldn't handle watching the rest of the game, so this is just the first half. No fumbles (10 lunge jumps) or interceptions (6 squat kicks)
