Some interesting moves today. At the last round, we had to hold plank position for the last 30 seconds. What a cruise after holding plank for three minutes yesterday.
Tough one today. Round 8 was upped to 350 hits in three minutes, and I did it, then Round 9 was hold plank position 3 minutes, and I did that too. Also, it was Burpee Friday.

After recycling, took the trail by the high school. We alternated walking and slogging, with a little time off for sniffing and rolling in the grass. Perfect weather--50 degrees, I left my jacket in the car.
A hard workout today. I got 33 on the Round 5 challenge, which was, I think, three more than yesterday, but it felt difficult. On Round 8, we were supposed to punch the bag 300 times in 3 minutes to get on the board, and I made it.

Workout with Jared. After warmup, we did the agility drills with my holding a weighted ball over my head. This was hard. Then I pushed the sled with an extra 90 lb on it. Total weight 150 lb. Six trips. I was worn out before we did weights and bands. I think I will be sore tomorrow, so it is ibuprofen for me tonight.
More aerobic workout today. This week's challenge was to get on all fours, jump up and do two shin kicks on the bag. That counts as one. I could only manage thirty today in 30 minutes, but it got my heart rate up.
Whittle your Middle Monday, so lots of plank stuff, and weights. I thought I was breathing a lot harder than the HRM indicated, but there it is. We had Plank-Ups at one round. Sometimes I can do them, no problem, but today was a day I had a lot of problems. Does this have to do with fighting the briars yesterday?
Decided to bite the bullet and prune raspberries and blackberries. I'm not finished yet, but I worked about an hour and a half, and got really out of breath. Gardening season is time to toughen up.
