The last station was a challenge--sit-up, roll over and do a pushup. That's one. I did 33 in three minutes. Busy gym this morning.

A really tough Burpee Friday. The second round was CHOW--Burpees. I did 31 in three minutes. Yeah for me!

Dog walking at Riverfront Park after recycling. Very windy--otherwise a nice day. My resting heart rate was 55 again last night. Maybe 55 is my new one.

This workout was more difficult than the heart rate would indicate. Also, the last round was a total killer on an exercise ball, and I had to modify. An interesting thing this morning. My resting heart rate has been between 58 and 62 ever since I got my Fitbit back in September. This morning it was 55. Could this be related to the blood pressure meds I just started taking Monday night?

Bettered yesterday's number on the CHOW. Got 127 uppercuts + shin kicks in 3 minutes. Round 9 was tough, staying in a V-position and weaving a kettlebell through the legs in a figure 8.

Back to 9Round. Not an especially hard day, but some tough moves nevertheless, and I am pretty sore from the three day meet, plus a long ride home last night from Ohio. After 9Round, I went for a massage. Wonderful!

Restorative. Leah wasn't there tonight, so Katherine (Catherine) taught the class. A little more stretching, no music, not as self-motivation, but still good. It's all good.

Much better today. The course was mostly easier than yesterday, although we had some of the same technically difficult terrain. Trails and roads helped with the navigation today. Although I found them all without too much difficulty, in retrospect, I can see that two had better route choices. The trails were actually very good, and had I been doing any running, I could have had a much better time. Maybe later this week after my stress test.
