All stations but 6 were a challenge today. On 6, we did mitts with Bailey. Since I still can't do pushup position, both 9 and 2 were really tough--I did mountain climbers on slides in plank, and on 2, I did ab tucks on the big ball in plank. Five was easier, though, because I substituted two squat jumps for the Burpee after 10 uppercuts on the wrecking ball.

I went to Heartland and did part of the long course. Didn't get as far as I wanted. There was some heavy duty logging going on, so some parts didn't look like I thought they should. The good news is that some of the bulldoxer tracks are like wide trails; the bad news is brush piles and slash. I couldn't find one of my tapes, despite relocating several times. It was in the logging area, and I don't know if the deer ate it or it was bulldozed. Beautiful day.

Elray really dogged it today. We spent lots of time standing around sniffing, as we went from Mack Porter over the bridge to Jesse James and back. Going out was a very cold north wind blowing into my face, and I was cold. Better on the return.

My wrist is just a bit sore, and my right knee is a bit glitchy from Saturday. I did a few modifications for the wrist, but worked hard at the tasks. Today's CHOW was 10 alternate punches and a Burpee, but I substituted a squat for the Burpee and did 34.
