ahr:100 max:120 (sick) shoes: INOV-8 Roclite 270

Still doing a lot of coughing. Both gates to Mack Porter were closed, so we went to Jesse James and walked around the main loop. Several sets of people were out decorating their Christmas trees. We alternated between brisk walking and stopping to sniff. Nice, but a nasty cold wind.

Still doing a lot of coughing, and figured people at the gym would be glad I stayed home. But still getting lots of exercise from cleaning the house for Thanksgiving.

Dog Walking 26:40 [1] 1.26 km (21:10 / km) +3m 20:55 / km
ahr:109 max:135

Hardly to be considered as training. I have acute bronchitis, and am supposed to get lots of rest, so we had a restful walk at Mack Porter and over the bridge. While Elray sniffed, I picked dandelion greens for Harvey. Not cold, but a brisk wind. It was good to get out, and I'm feeling much better than yesterday.

Skipped 9Round because I am feeling crummy, but dogs still need walking. So, on to Mack Porter, with a turn around the woods loop, and back through the ball fields and one-way road. My doctor changed my blood pressure meds because the old one made me cough a lot. I think this one has my electrolytes messed up--it is high in potassium. I am so glad I waited to change until after the Possum Trot.

Good workout with modifications. CHOW was two double upper cuts, plus two double hammers. I did 62, but only hit the bag with my right hand.

Note

The Possum Trot. I got there before 0745, and spent the day. Meet and greet , handing out finisher medals, covering for stuff. At the end, I went out a picked up a couple of controls. It was a really good Possum Trot. Good weather, lots of participation, and Mike Shifman set a tough course. I still have to figure out the money, maybe Monday afternoon.
