I had planned to do a shorter course today at Blue & Gray, but we were a bit short of helpers, and I spent the day doing registration. Good weather and good turnout for Blue & Gray.

Got home in time to turn around and go back to Liberty to see my trainer. It felt like I was working harder than this--I'm not sure why.

Not quite as tough as yesterday, but still more time in red+yellow, than in green+blue. And I had a loaner car today, so I got to drive myself.

A tough one today. I was mostly in the red and yellow. Lots of rope jumping at Round 1 really got my heart rate up, and it stayed there. The CHOW was front kicks on the bag, and I did 142.
