Another great outdoor workout. Cool, and very windy, but I still worked up a sweat. The best part was sparring with Shelby. I can tell that I haven't done enough Russian twists lately. We did lots of squats, jumping squats, etc. and ended up with laps around the parking area. So much fun, and I feel more energized that I have all week.

The usual at Mack Porter park with Elray, except that we went clockwise. I'll be glad to have my mornings clear again, so we can do our walks in the morning. Today I had an echocardiogram, which I think will turn out fine. And a follow up from my hospital stay. It was all back to normal.

Mack Porter park with Elray. A better pace than yesterday, and I got some upper body in by having to pull her along in places. This morning was blood tests and a B-12 shot. I'll be glad when I can get back into normal routine.

A short walk at a different time on a crazy day. All three of us went to Mack Porter, but did a cut across on the grass at the ballfields. Elray "walked the doggie" to get her tired out. Warm, but good to get out.

Plus three minutes warmup on the air bike. I pushed the sled, and lifted heavier weights than usual. One new wrinkle was doing my agility drills with my feet, while passing a tennis ball around my body with my hands. Had to be thinking.

Both gates to Mack Porter were closed, so we parked at the substation and went around the gate. We mostly did our usual walk, but clockwise and with a different start/finish. Elray does more sniffing with me than when Bob comes along.

Watkins Mill clockwise. This was the good, the bad and the ugly. I did the first km at 9:20, but it was all downhill (speed, not terrain) from there. The 2nd and 3rd lap weren't too bad, but the 4th, lots of climb, and the 6th, getting dizzy, low blood sugar? were ugly. Apparently aerobic training was overreaching, and anaerobic was impacting, so that was good. Too hot, and I forgot to use my inhaler. But I did it more for attitude adjustment than training.
