They canceled the outdoor workout at 9Round because of the temperature. Too bad, but I wouldn't have been able to go anyway, because of not doing upper body stuff for another week.

This was walking, but not dog walking. Instead of Elray, my companion was my daughter Mary Ann. We had walked English Landing Park many times, especially when she lived in Parkville. Afterward, we went to the French cafe, and sat outside on the back deck, and ate scallops, good French bread, and chocolate souffle. Windy, but not on the patio, and really warm. After lunch, we ambled all over Parkville, but I didn't include that in my exercise.

Met with my trainer today. He had my special lower body workout ready, and I really felt worked out. Not supposed to be moving my arms much for 72 hours, then taking it easy until next Monday. Nothing strenuous for two weeks. Lots of foot work and agility drills. Also resistance training using bands, but not with arms. I ended up with pulling the sled back and forth three times, by being tethered to it. My legs could really feel it.

Out patient surgery this morning. I'm not supposed to do any upper body stuff for a week, then only light stuff for the second week, so my interior stitches can heal. Darn, no Burpees or screeding concrete for Bob.

At home workout. I hadn't done the CHOW this week, so I did it instead of Round 7. Donkey kicks. Got 210. I like donkey kicks.
